One day, his uncle, Jeong Chang-in, arrives with an urgent offer. Tae-ui is asked to work at the UNHRDO (United Nations Human Resources Development Organization), a prestigious organization under the UN. His uncle was actually targeting the genius Jae-ui, but since Jae-ui had been missing for months, Tae-ui is forced to take his place.
Tae-ui was then sent to the UNHRDO branch where a joint training session between the Asian and European branches was being held. Relations between these two branches were extremely poor and marked by fierce rivalry.
It is there that Tae-ui meets Ilay Riegrow, a tough, pale-skinned agent nicknamed “Crazy Rick” due to his cruel, unpredictable, and psychopathic nature. This encounter draws Tae-ui into a fate of romance and military conflict filled with tension and life-or-death stakes.
