Bandai Card Games has announced that the NARUTO CARD GAME will launch simultaneously worldwide in June 2027, following its debut at Gen Con 2026. Launch plans were detailed during New York Comic Con, where the first Starter Decks, the first Booster Pack, and a demonstration campaign were also unveiled. Initial details regarding game mechanics and card designs had previously been shared in July.
At launch, three Starter Decks will be available, featuring Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Gaara. Each pre-constructed deck contains the cards needed to start playing and centers on a specific leader, with its own unique selection of ninjas and playstyle.
The first booster pack, titled "Enter: Naruto Uzumaki!", will also arrive in June. It includes characters from both NARUTO and NARUTO SHIPPUDEN, along with new ninjas, techniques, and other cards designed to expand the Starter Decks and facilitate the creation of custom decks.
New card illustrations were also revealed during the presentation at NYCC.

Ahead of the official launch, "Premier Demo Events" will begin in February 2027 at stores specializing in collectible card games. These events are designed to familiarize players with the rules; initially, they will take place at select large-scale retail locations participating in the Bandai TCG+ program, with more locations to be added later.
Two products exclusive to these events were also announced: an official playmat—themed "NARUTO VS."— SASUKE»— and the «Premium Card Collection Vol.00 – CHAKRA Set». Both will be available through «Premier Demo Events» and at select «Bandai Card Games Fest 26-27» events, including those taking place in Orlando and London.
Additionally, in the spring of 2027, Bandai will launch a global campaign to distribute a total of 1 million demo decks, giving players an extra opportunity to learn how to play before the official release.
The next major update for the game is scheduled for the Jump Festa 2027 event, which will take place in December.
