One Piece Creator Oda has Devised an Observational Assassination Tactic for Luffy in the Elbaf Arc

TAME OTONITY – The main character of One Piece, Monkey D. Luffy, is one of the Four Emperors of the Sea, a title he earned in Chapter 1053, which was officially released on June 20, 2022, in issue #29 of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. Since then, Luffy has been regarded as a Great Pirate sailing the seas of the New World.
As expected of someone like him, Luffy possesses extremely powerful Haki in all three types, which he has developed to an advanced level. He is one of the few characters to have mastered the advanced forms of all three types of Haki.
Currently, One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda is developing a new form of Haki for Luffy called “Observation Killing,” which, to date, has only been mastered by Red-Haired Shanks.

Monkey D. Luffy is being trained in the art of Haki by the right-hand man of the Pirate King, Silvers Rayleigh. Luffy’s training with Rayleigh officially began in One Piece chapter 597, which marked the end of the story’s first half.
After a two-year time skip, Luffy returned to the Sabaody Archipelago after mastering the basics of the three types of Haki: Observation Haki, Armament Haki, and finally, Conqueror’s Haki.
