Buratsuta then announced the team's final three slots, with Itoshi Sae confirmed to join in the knockout round. The remaining two spots will be contested through the alternate selection "Blue Lock Japan Last 2: SIDE-B," which involves 300 previously rejected players, including Ryosuke Kira, the first participant eliminated since Chapter 2.
