Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Revealed the Ending

Katekyo Hitman REBORN! anime has officially released the creditless version of its foureenth ending, featuring the song “gr8 story” by SuG. The song was used in Episodes 166-177, while the new video was released as part of the series’ 20th anniversary celebration.

The release follows yesterday’s release of the thirteenth ending, featuring the song “Yume no Manual” by CHERRYBLOSSOM. The releases are part of “REBORN! MUSIC MONTH,” a September-long music project celebrating the anime’s 20th anniversary. As previously reported, the campaign will have creditless versions of the series’ past theme song sequences released daily on the official YouTube channel.

These creditless sequences were previously included with physical releases of the anime but had not been officially made available online. You can watch the latest entry below.

The campaign began on September 1 with an official 25-song playlist featuring opening themes, ending themes and other music from the TV anime.

The manga by Akira Amano ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from May 2004 to November 2012, ending with a total of 42 compilation volumes. The series also received an anime adaptation, which ran for 203 episodes from October 7, 2006 to September 25, 2010. Studio Artland handled the production.

Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Synopsis

Tsuna’s life changed drastically when a baby named Reborn arrived. Reborn turned out to be a professional hitman from Italy, sent by the ninth boss of the Vongola mafia family. Reborn’s purpose was to train Tsuna to become the tenth boss of the Vongola family—the most powerful mafia family. The other heir apparent is rumored to have been killed, so Tsuna (who is a descendant of the first generation of the Vongola) must undergo rigorous training.

With the help of special bullets from Reborn that unlocked his full potential, Tsuna gradually faced various enemies, formed his own group, and grew into a true leader.
